We’ve been having a very wet year so far.This has been lovely since most of the past five years have been labeled ‘drought conditions.’I’m all for dry heat, but I also like the rain.A lot.And we haven’t seen much of it since moving here.So whenever we do, we greet it with the proper enthusiasm.Especially since it makes the wildflowers grow.And apparently it doesn’t hurt the peaches either.However, none of us greets it quite as enthusiastically as the littles do.
Yes, they’re swimming in their undies.What can I say?They’re also swimming in a torrential downpour.
In fact, they went outside specifically to swim in the torrential downpour.
Which apparently turned out to be a pretty cold endeavor, since one had to put on a long-sleeved shirt (backwards) to properly enjoy the experience.
And as soon as it stopped raining, they came back inside.
