Going to a local craft store to get patterns for your kids’ Halloween costumes for 99¢ each.
Getting to the craft store and unbuckling your children only to discover that you’ve left the baby’s stroller on the parking lot sidewalk outside your son’s elementary school. Two and a half hours earlier.
Upon retrieving the stroller from the school office about 15 minutes after discovering it was missing (yes, thankfully it was still at the school), one of the secretaries pretty much summed up my life: “We were just glad you didn’t forget the baby too!”
And, if you haven't seen any Animaniacs in awhile, you really should.

I beg to differ that going to the fabric store for cheap patterns is a good idea. The patterns were a good price in my case but the fabric and all the dang notions cost a small fortune. The fabric store is a very dangerous place for me.
That story must go under the category of 'it could have been worse!' You must just hope it never gets that bad again - at least until tomorrow!
