Sunday Snow

Due to a late Saturday evening arrival, the kids were chomping at the bit to get into some serious snow drifts by morning. It was all we could do to keep them from jumping into a drift on the way into church. We knew we didn’t have a prayer of keeping them out of the snow afterward, so we just bit the bullet, changed their clothes after church, and let them go crazy in the parking lot. It was really fun watching them discover the snow. They even enjoyed sword fighting with the icicles hanging off the church building.

Who knew you could have so much fun in a snowy parking lot?
