Alright, so they’re not really guilt-free. What in this world is? But they’re low-fat and they still taste really good. And I know from brownies, so you can take my word for it. They may not be as good as Bright One’s famous Low-Fat Brownies
1 14 oz can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
¼ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanillaPreheat the oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9” pan with cooking spray; set aside.
In an 8-cup measuring glass, combine condensed milk, cocoa and chocolate chips. Microwave for one minute; remove and stir well. Microwave for one minute more; stir until completely mixed.
Add remaining ingredients to chocolate mixture; stir till combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until center of brownies is set.
How about you? Do you have any guilt-free (or almost) recipes that you love? Please share. If you decide to post the recipe on your own site, make sure you let me know and I’ll go check it out.
Disclaimer: The brownies pictured are not these brownies. These brownies are never around my house long enough to take a picture. But I did search long and hard for a picture that accurately represents these brownies and the picture I chose is pretty close.

I can't wait to try them! Although I do love the Indiana Brownies I hardly ever eat them myself (okay maybe one) because they are not "diet friendly" if you know what I mean. I will definitely try these. I have another blog that I started where I post low-fat/low-calorie recipes that I really like. Check it out sometime http://yummyandlite.blogspot.com/
....if you'll let me I'll post your recipe there once I try it (with credit to you of course!!) Sure Love ya! (and brownies!!!)
Have you ever tried "No Pudge" brownies? I wonder how the 2 compare... ? Mmmmm, worth a taste test I think.
I have made low fat brownies by taking a regular, ordinary brownie mix, and use applesauce instead of oil. same measurement. very moist and yummy!
Darn you and your delicious browning recipe! They may be low-fat, but they are not calorie free. Unfortunately, they are also so good that I ate about half the pan by myself.
Oh well. But thanks for sharing!
Oops, I really should proof my posts. The last one was supposed to darn your BROWNIE recipe; I'm sure you have never cooked a Browning (Elizabeth Barret will be relieved.)
Sorry to those of you ingesting large quantities of brownines (or brownings, if you prefer :) because of me.
No this recipe is neither sugar-free, nor calorie free. Probably why they still taste yummy! If you want to cut calories a bit, use 1/4 cup cocoa powder instead of 1/3 (I like the less chocolatey taste better also).
